What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.

Can I return a pre-owned luxury item?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items, provided they are returned in the same condition as received with all Loop Generation security tags intact. Please note that certain high-value or consignment items may be final sale.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Clearpay for eligible customers.

How do you grade the condition of your products?

We use a standardized grading system: 'New with Tags', 'Excellent' (minimal signs of wear), 'Very Good' (light wear), and 'Good' (visible wear but well-maintained). Detailed descriptions and photos of any flaws are always provided on the product page.

Do you offer a consignment service for my designer wardrobe?

Absolutely. You can sell your luxury pieces through Loop Generation. Simply submit photos via our 'Sell' portal, and if your items meet our criteria, we will handle the photography, listing, and shipping in exchange for a commission fee.
